Public in space- Then & Now
Venue: Rangoli Metro Art Centre
A not-for-profit initiative of a collective of 13 different architectural firms from across the country, this exhibition is designed to raise some pertinent questions about issues of place-making for the architecture and design community as well as, for the public at large. It was launched open in Mumbai in March 2018 and has been curated to travel the country over the year, visiting about 18 cities. Exhibition was invited in association with Srishti Institute of Art, Design & Technology and Hundred Hands Architectural Practice. The intention is to bring together transdisciplinary practitioners and academicians from the city to respond to the theme of the exhibition and generate a public discourse through these events over a span of two weeks.
