In an attempt to revive the traditional Korean honey and greening the region of Seoul we proposed bee-culturing as an alternative programme to reanimate the derelict oil tanks. Everything else revolves around it.

The programme within the Bee-Park is carefully evolved by understanding their inter-relations and cumulative contribution to the ecological, social, cultural and also the economic dynamics of the region of Seoul and South Korea.

Greening Catalysts is an attempt to revive the old unused site and livening it into a socially and culturally a dynamic site while yielding enough revenue so as to generate employment. The aim is to make the project self-sufficient and a benchmark for future urban interventions in South Korea.
